Green chillies, less spicy, tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Tender Coriander stems, roughly chopped, cup Curd, beaten, 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder, For Ginger Garlic Paste 2 no. Green chillies, less spicy & broken into half, 5-6 Garlic cloves, inch Ginger (peeled & roughly sliced) For Dhaba Style Egg Curry 2-3 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, Prepared Ginger Garlic paste, 4 medium Onions, finely chopped, Prepared Paste, 1 tbsp Prepared Masala, 2-3 cups Water, Salt to taste, Sauteed Eggs, 1 medium Tomato, diced, small Capsicum, diced, 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped, 1 Egg yolk, mashed, For Masala 1 tbsp Coriander seeds, 4-5 no. Green cardamom, 1 tbsp Black peppercorns, Salt to taste, For Sauteing Egg 1 tbsp Oil, 8-9 no.
