A must try for its refreshing flavour.DHANIYA CHICKEN Ingredients750 grams chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone1 medium bunch fresh coriander, cleaned 1 inch ginger, chopped1-2 green chillies, chopped ¼ cup yogurt2 tablespoons oil2 bay leaves 5-6 green cardamoms 5-6 cloves1 teaspoon black peppercorns3 green chillies, slit2 medium onions, sliced1 tablespoon chopped garlic 3 tablespoons refined flour (maida)¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesJuice of ½ lemonFresh coriander sprig for garnishing Method1. Blend together coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies and yogurt to a smooth paste. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add bay leaves, cardamoms, cloves, peppercorns, green chillies, onions and garlic, mix and sauté till onions turns translucent. 3. Add chicken, flour, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add the prepared paste and 2 cups water, stir to mix , cover and cook till the chicken is fully done. 5. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.6.
