In a deep pan add mutton, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and water. Bring it to a boil. Then cover and Cook it until the meat is fully done.2. Add tomatoes and cover and cook until tomatoes get soft. Take off the lid and remove the skin. 3. Now add ghee and mix it well. 4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook until the ghee is separated.5. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt, salt, cumin seeds and mix it well.6. Now in a serving dish add cooked mutton, pour yogurt mixture, add onion rings, mint leaves, green chilies on top.7. Now place heated coal pieces in an aluminum cup on the center.
