Vegetable dalia is an Indian superfood for weight loss due to its dietary fiber content.Dalia is low in fat & cholesterol, high in iron.


Ingredients--

1 1/2 cup dalia/broken wheat
2 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 medium sized Potato, finely chopped
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped capcicum
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 or 2 green chilies, finely chopped
3 cups water
1 tsp sarso
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp haldi powder
salt as required
