How to Cook Spicy Dinuguan
Blood stew or chocolate meat are few of the words used to describe Filipino dinuguan. This is a dish that involves the use of pig blood. You can cook it with pork meat, or even with offals. This is the spicy version. I dare you to try!

ingredients:
1 lb pork belly
1 lb pork ears
1 lb pig snout
2 1/2 cups pork blood
2 cups beef broth
12 piece Thai chili pepper
4 pieces long green pepper
1 piece onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 thumbs ginger, crushed
1 teaspoon sugar 1 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper
