Chop a shallot into strips2.) Mix the Shallot Batter together and toss in the Shallot strips, deep fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until golden in color3.) Press out at least a 1/3 lb burger patty and season with salt & pepper, grill your burger to your preference4.)
