DOSA SANDWICH | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Sandwich Dosa is a healthy Indian breakfast recipe with a delicious filling made from paneer and green leaves and egg.

Ingredients
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Amaranth leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Paneer - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon.
• Dosa batter - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato ketchup - 1/4 cup.


Method:
1. Firstly heat oil in a pan add garlic, chopped onions, salt and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Then add spring onions, amaranth leaves, chopped coriander, paneer pieces and mix it well.
3. To that add egg and saute it for few more minutes by adding pepper powder and transfer into a plate.
4. Now Heat two pans spread the dosa batter and prepare a thick size dosas.
5. On the top of one dosa put the paneer mixture and cook it by adding some oil.
6. Finally, add tomato ketchup and cover it with another plain dosa, seal the edges and cook both sides until it gets a nice color.
7. Serve it hot by cutting into pieces.
