Must try !DOSA WAFFLESIngredientsDosa batter as required1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon chopped curry leaves1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 large onion, finely chopped 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped Salt to taste ½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add curry leaves, green chillies and onions, mix and sauté till onions turns translucent. 3. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix well and cook for a minute. 4. Add the cooked mixture to the dosa batter alongwith coriander leaves and salt and mix well. 5. Heat a waffle machine. Pour the batter, cover and cook till fully done. 6.
