Double Chocolate Pancake | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This recipe is perfect to get a chocolaty start to your day.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PANCAKE

Ingredients

1½ cups chocolate pancake batter
½ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
Whipped cream as required
Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Caramel sauce for drizzling
6-8 strawberries, sliced
Icing sugar for dusting

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of chocolate pancake batter, spread a portion of chocolate-hazelnut spread on top; cook for a minute and flip. Cook till the other side turns golden brown. Similarly, make other pancakes.
2. Place a pancake on a serving platter, pipe out some whipped cream, drizzle a little chocolate sauce and caramel sauce on top. Place 3-4 strawberry slices and cover with the second pancake. Repeat the same process one more.
3. Top with the third pancake, pipe out whipped cream, drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Garnish with strawberries and dust icing sugar on top. Serve immediately.
