Paneer - 200g
Maida - 2-3 tbsp
Corn Starch - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry + 2 tbs[
Cashewnuts - 2 tbsp chopped
Red Chilli Dry Whole - chopped 3 pieces
Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped
Schezwan Sauce - 2 ½ tbsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Green chilli - 2-3 slit
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp(if kashmiri, otherwise ¼ tsp)
Coriander fresh - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Capsicum - 1 cup (coloful would be great!)
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp(else 1 tbsp ketchup, + 1 tsp sugar)
Red Food Color - only for same red color optional
Water - ½ cup
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
