Ingredients:

200 gms Mawa / Khawa, grated
5 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashews, chopped
Almonds, chopped
Orange Color

Method:

- In a pan add grated mawa and sugar. Mix well.
- Keep stirring till the sugar melts.
- Allow the mixture to cool down for 3-4 hours.
- Then add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add chopped cashews and almonds. Mix well.
- Put a portion of the mixture in the modak mould and make small size modak.
- Add orange color to the remaining dough and similarly make all the modaks.
- Dry Fruit Modak is ready to be served.
