Dry Fruits Chocolate Bark Recipe - Bark Candy Recipes | Nisha Madhulika

Nut chocolate bar is a quick and easy chocolate recipe prepared with mixing chopped nuts, cashews etc in melted chocolate.

Ingredients
White compound – 185 grams
Dark Compound – 375 grams
Raisins – ½ cup
Cashews – ½ cup
Walnuts – ½ cup
Pistachios – 2 tbsp

Directions

Getting ready:
1. Finely chop the dry fruits in a small bowl.
2. Remove the stalk from raisins and clean them thoroughly.

Making:
3. Microwave the chopped dry fruits for a minute to roast.
4. Now finely crush white and dark compounds chocolates in separate bowls.
5. Microwave the dark compound chocolate for 1 minute. Take out the bowl and stir constantly until smooth in texture. Similarly microwave the white compound for 40 seconds only. Stir the chocolate till smooth.
6. Both the chocolates are now melted and ready to use. Now place a butter paper on a tray with same dimensions and pour dark chocolate compound in any shape and design.
7. Then pour some white compound over it and spread evenly. Top it up with dark compound and spread evenly. Sprinkle roasted dry fruits over the chocolate.
8. Now let it set for 10 minutes in refrigerator.
9. Dry fruit chocolate bar is ready.

Serving:
10. Break in desired chunks and serve. Lip smacking and mouth drooling dry fruit chocolate bar is ready.
11. Store in refrigerator as it keeps good for 2 to 3 months. Have them after your meals or anytime of the day.
