Earth Day Lunch Idea. Lets celebrate our beautiful earth in all the possible ways :-)
This is a quick and easy meal you can prepare for your little ones.

you can prepare it in 5 minutes
you can fill the sandwich roll with your favorite ingredients (pb&j + hummus&carrots + cream cheese&cucumbers....anything you like!)
you can switch the spinach/cucumbers with broccoli or kiwi or green grapes
bonus if you add the spinach as base: its extra exposure and your little ones might snack on them
the decoration can keep going with so many more details. Add a smiling sun with mango/pineapple/banana for the sun and blueberries/rasperries for the eyes and smile
make this lunch a fun activity. Prepare this idea as example and let your kids create their own tree. Place the ingredients on a cutting board in front of them and the empty plate as canva.
