EASY 4-Ingredient Scones recipe.

Here's the EASY recipe for these 4-ingredient scones:

3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsps baking powder
1 cup vegan sour cream
1 cup fizzy lemonade

Mix everything together, knead for a few minutes, shape into 1-inch tall sheet, cut out circles (or squares). Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 390 F for 15 minutes. Enjoy with cream and jam!
