CARROT HALWA | CARROT DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee/Butter - 3 tbsp
Grated carrot - 3 cups
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Crushed cardamom - 2
Cashew nuts - few
Chopped almonds - few
Chopped pistachios - few

METHOD:
1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee/butter in a pan.
2. Fry 3 cups grated carrot until 5 minutes or carrot gets smooth on low flame.
3. Add 2 cups milk. Cook it until 5 minutes on low flame.
4. Add 1 cup sugar. Cook it until sugar dissolves.
5. Add 2 crushed cardamoms. Put it aside. Let it cool.
6. Heat 1 tbsp ghee/butter. Add few cashew nuts. fry them until golden brown. Add some chopped almonds. Add some chopped pistachios. Add it to carrot dessert. Your instant carrot dessert is ready.
