Lightly grease a 4-sided baking sheet with nonstick spray. Line up drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet. 2 Stir all listed seasonings together in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle in an even layer over the chicken. Rub on and underneath skin (optional). 3 Put a 1/2 tablespoon dab butter on the top of each drumstick, on the part that is most meaty.
