Easy chicken fry for beginners | 3 easy recipes in Tamil & English | Madras Curry Channel

Three easy chicken fry recipes. These simple south Indian Tamil style recipes can be done quickly by anybody including beginners.
Each recipe serves 1 - 2 people.

INGREDIENTS:
Chilli Pepper Chicken:
Chicken - 350 gms
Dry chillies - 5
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Black peppercorns - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1/2" piece
Garlic cloves - 5
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 4 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1 or 2 sprigs
Oil - 2 or 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Curry Leaves Chicken:
Chicken - 350 gms
Curry leaves - 4 sprigs
Green chillies - 3 or 4
Ginger - 1" piece
Garlic cloves - 7
Black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Freshly crushed black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Oil - 2 or 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Madras Chicken Fry:
Chicken - 300 gms
Kuzhambu chilli powder - 1 heaped tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger-garlic-fennel seeds paste - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 2 or 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
