Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:For Green Sauce:Coriander (Handful)7-8 Mint leaves2 Green Chillies2-3 tbsp CurdSalt to tasteFor Chicken1 Chicken BreastSalt to taste1 tsp Red Chilli powderGinger - garlic paste1 tsp Lemon juiceGreen sauceFor Salad1 Beetroot, chopped1 Cucumber, chopped1 Carrot, chopped1 Onion, sliced1 small Lettuce, sliced1 tsp Lemon juiceSalt to tasteBlack Pepper to tasteWater+50 gms Mushroom1/2 tbsp ButterGarlic powderBlack PepperMethod of preparation:For Green Sauce:In a mixer jar add coriander, green chillies, mint leaves, curd, salt and grind it into a fine paste.Take it out in a ball and our green sauce is ready.For ChickenTake a piece of chicken breast, make cuts on it on both sides.Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, 1/2 quantity of prepared green sauce, and massage the chicken well.Let the chicken marinate inside a refrigerator for 4 hours.For SaladCut the vegetables, transfer it in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and toss it.Boil the mushrooms in water, let it cool down and then slice them into pieces.Heat a pan, add butter, mushroom, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and let them cook.Switch off the gas and remove them in a bowl.
