8 oz chicken thighs
8 oz rice noodles
1 shallot
2 scallions
4 garlic cloves
2 birds eye chili
1 cup basil

Drunken noodles Sauce:
1 tbsp fish sauce
1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
