Halloween Pumpkin Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1. Pumpkin puree - 16 Oz. Can
2. Milk - 2 Tsp.
3. Baking Soda - 2 Tsp.
4. Eggs -2
5. Granulated Sugar - 2 Cups
6. Vegetable Oil - 1 Cup
7. Vanilla - 2 Tsp.
8. All purpose flour - 4 Cups
9. Kosher Salt - 1 Tsp
10. Cinnamon Powder - 2 Tsp.
11. Nutmeg Powder - 1 Tsp.
12. Zest of one medium orange
13. Chocolate Chips 12 Oz. (340 Grms)

METHOD:
1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C)
2. Stir the pumpkin puree, 2 Tsp. milk, 2 Tsp. baking soda together in a mixing bowl using a wooden spatula.
3. Add 2 eggs, 2 Tsp. vanilla, 2 cups granulated sugar and 1 cup vegetable oil to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
4. Add 4 cups all purpose flour, 1 Tsp kosher salt, 2 Tsp. cinnamon powder, 1 Tsp. nutmeg powder and orange zest to the pumpkin mixture and stir between each addition.
5. Add 340 grams chocolate chips and mix it well.
6. Drop a large teaspoon of the batter onto the cookie tray.
7. Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.
8. Cool the cookies on the stove top for about 2 minutes and serve.
