• Red Chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Fresh coriander handful
• Corn starch (2 tbsp) + water (3-4 tbsp)
• Spring onions (1 tbsp)
