Homemade Easy Pasta - Turkish Style "ERTE" With Varieties
I am making "Erite" or homemade pasta with different veggies. We are not going to use any pasta machine and I will show you how you can easily cut them with a simple technique. I will also show you an easy but delicious way of cooking and serving with walnuts, aged cheese and butter sauce.

Ingredients for home made pasta "Erite"
1 big size egg
1/2 cup water or vegetable pure (I made my purs with 3 medium size carrots, 1 medium-size beetroot and handful of spinach)
1 tsp salt
about 2 cups less or more flour
