Ghee - 2 Tsp.2. Jeera ( Cumin Seeds) - 1 Tsp.3. Onion - 1 Small4. Green Chilies - 2 No.s5. Salt to taste6. Garlic - 1/2 Tsp.7. Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.8. Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder) - 1/2 Tsp.9. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp.10. Fenugreek Leaves - 1 Cup11.Wheat Flour - 3 CupsMETHOD:1. Add 2 Tsp. ghee to a pan. Add 1 Tsp. cumin seeds, 1 onion, 2 green chilies and salt to taste. Fry it for 1 minute. Add 1/2 Tsp. crushed garlic, 1 Tsp. coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp. dry mango powder, 1/2 Tsp. pepper powder and fry it for 1 minute.2. Add 1 cup fenugreek leaves and 1/2 Tsp. salt. Close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes. 3. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Add the mixture to 3 cups wheat flour. Make it as a thick dough by adding needed amount of water to it.4.
