For more tasty recipes, pleaseSubscribe: http://www.youtube.com/user/eateastin...Our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/EatEastIndianFollow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/EatEastIndianPinterest: http://pinterest.com/eateastindian/Our Blog: http://eateastindian.com/Ingredients:3-4 potatoes2 tsp salt1 cup green peas/corn1-2 cups chopped cabbage/carrots1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp garam masala1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp amchur (Dry Mango Powder)small piece of onion chopped2 tbsp of oil 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantroFor pastry shell/dough1.5 cup all purpose flour (yields 24 samosas roughly)1 cup of luke warm water ( or room temp)2 tbsp of oil/gheepinch of salt and pepperOil for deep fryingMethod: Cut Potatoes in big chunks and boil for 10-12 mins (or until fully done). Drain the water. Let potatoes cool down, then peel the skin off. Mash the potatoes and add in all the spices. Fry along with onions, corn, other veggies and peas. Combine well. Add cilantro and now the potatoes are ready to be stuffed.Prepare the dough by mixing salt/pepper/oil and water. Take 1 small portion of dough , flatten it out and cut in two halves. Fold the shell and fill the stuffing. Deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with Mint or Tamarind Chutney.
