Fresh seafood doesnt get much fresher than this, and believe it or not, as with most Thai dishes, this dish is delicious! Although traditionally from the north-east of Thailand (Isaan), you can find this dish in many other regions, and some restaurants serve it, though it usually isnt easy to find. There are many variants of the Thai food recipe here, the one in the video is the recipe my mother-in-law uses. Thai cooking with a difference!
Goong ten (aka Goong Dten), one of the many bizarre foods in Thailand, its a tasty dish, and definitely worth trying!
