Edikang Ikong Soup Recipe (Party Style) | Nigerian vegetable Soup With Ugu, Spinach & SEMOLINA. HOW TO COOK EDIKANG IKONG SOUP. BEST NIGERIAN VEGETABLE SOUP(CALABAR STYLE). NIGERIAN SOUP.


Ingredients
1 +1/2kg Goatmeat (as needed)
8 Red scotch Bonnets pepper spicy
1 head Garlic
2 Purple Onion
1 kg Beef
1 kg Pomo(Note: I did not use all the meats cooked)
2 cups PALMOIL (good quality)
Stock fish or any smoked fish of Choice
1/3 cup Crayfish or DRYFISH powder
1 tbs Aromat /stock cubes
1500g Fresh Spinach (3 packs)
1500g UGU (3pck)
Just make sure your Spinach or water leaf is 2-3x bigger in quantity than UGU even if you dont make the same exact quantity like me

Salt to taste
