A simple egg and mayo sandwich that can work as a great picnic or lunch snack!EGG AND MAYO SANDWICHIngredients2 eggs, soft boiled and peeledMayo as required8 white bread slices2 small onions, finely chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli PowderSalt to tasteButter for toastingTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Take eggs on a plate, lightly mash using a fork. Add onion, chopped coriander and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and salt and lightly mix. 2. to make one sandwich, apply mayo on 2 bread slices and place a generous portion of the prepared mixture on one slice of bread and cover with another slice of bread. 3. Heat butter in anon-stick tawa, place the prepared sandwich on it and cook till golden brown. Flip the sandwich and add butter on the sides. 4.
