Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well.2. Add onions, coriander leaves, chilli powder turmeric powder and salt and mix well. 3. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan. Add half the egg mixture, spread into a large disc and cook till evenly done from both the sides. Cut into quarters and remove from heat. Similarly, prepare another disc from the remaining egg mixture. 4. Heat some more butter in a non-stick pan. Add some chilli powder and coriander leaves, mix and sauté for a few seconds. 5.
