A unique and scrumptious chaat made using delicious eggs.EGG CHAATIngredients4 hard-boiled eggs½ tbsp oil½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder1½ tsps cumin powder + sprinkling1 green chilli, finely choppedSalt to tasteGreen chutney as required3-4 tbsps finely chopped onion3-4 tbsps finely chopped tomato3-4 tbsps grated processed cheeseSev as requiredPomegranate pearls as requiredFreshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chillies and mix well.2. Cut the eggs in half and add it to the prepared mixture. Add salt and mix well. Flip and cook from both sides for 1-2 minutes.3. Place the prepared eggs on a serving plate, on individual egg halves, add green chutney, onion, tomato, cheese, cumin powder, sev, pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander. 4.
