Popular during the recent times, this recipe is a must try by all the egg lovers.EGG DOSA Ingredients 4 eggs, beaten 4 eggs, boiled and peeled 3 cups readymade dosa batter Salt to taste Oil for brushing 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion6 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens 2 tablespoons finely chopped green capsicum 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes 6 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing 4 tablespoons Schezwan chutney8 tablespoons melted butter 8 tablespoons grated processed cheese Method 1. Add salt to the dosa batter and mix well. 2. Heat a non-stick dosa tawa and brush some oil. For each dosa, pour ¾ cup dosa batter, spread into a thin disc and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Pour ¼ beaten eggs on top and spread evenly. Top with 1 tablespoon onion, 1½ tablespoons spring onions, ½ tablespoon green capsicum, ½ tablespoon tomato, ¼ roughly chopped boiled eggs, salt, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney. Mash well. 4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon cheese and mash once again. Add remaining cheese and ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, fold and press.5. Serve hot with green chutney.
