Garlic cloves, roughly chopped, 1 inch Ginger (peeled & sliced) 1 no. Bay leaf, inch Cinnamon stick, 5-6 small White onion, sliced, Salt to taste, 2 cups Curd, beaten, 8-10 no. Cashew Nuts, blanched, Salt to taste, 1 cups Water, 1 cup Water, 1 no. Green chili, slit into middle, Salt to taste, tsp Sugar, For Masala Salt to taste, 2 no. Black cardamom, 2 tbsp Black peppercorns, 1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves, For Sauteing Eggs1 tbsp Ghee, 1 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Caraway seeds, 7-8 no.
