Try this exclusive Boiled Egg Masala Pav recipe, loads of veggies in a perfect spice mix; this tempting recipe is also super quick and easy to make!EGGMASALA PAVIngredients 4 boiled eggs2 pavs2 tbsps oil1 tbsp butter2 medium onions, finely chopped + to serve1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste2 medium tomatoes, chopped + to serveSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powder2 tsps red chilli paste1 small potato boiled, peeled and mashed1 small green capsicum, chopped1 tsp chopped fresh coriander1 tbsp pav bhaji masalaMethod1. Cut 2 pavs into small pieces. 2. Heat oil and butter in a deep non-stick pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till onions turn translucent.3. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder, red chilli paste and cook till oil separates.4. Add potato, capsicum and coriander. Add pav bhaji masala and some water. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Grate and add 3 boiled eggs in pan mixture. Mix well. Add little water and combine well. Add pav pieces and mix well and cook for a minute. 6. Transfer egg masala pav on a serving plate.7. Serve hot with chopped tomato and onion salad and a lemon slice.
