Egg Sandwich | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A quick and interesting sandwich recipe.

EGG SANDWICH

Ingredients

4 boiled and peeled eggs
Salt to taste
3 tbsps softened butter
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2 spring onion greens
4 brown bread slices
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. Add butter in a bowl, beat it till it becomes light and fluffy.
2. Grate and add eggs. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns and spring onion greens. Mix well.
3. Take 4 brown bread slices, add 2 spoonful of mixture on a slice and spread it completely. Add 2 spoonful of mixture on another slice. Cover each slice with another slice on top to form a sandwich. Trim the edges of the breads and vertically cut each sandwich into half.
4. Transfer sandwich slices on a serving plate.
5. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
