EGG BURGERSIngredients6-8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled2 chicken sausages2 tsps olive oil + for drizzling1 medium tomatoMustard paste as required2-3 romaine lettuce leavesMayonnaise for piping2-3 cheese slices, cut into 2 inch squaresToasted black sesame seeds for garnishMethod1. Diagonally slice the sausages. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place sausage slices on it and roast for 1-2 minutes. Transfer on a plate.3. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Vertically halve the eggs. 4. Apply some mustard paste on one side of half of the eggs. Place lettuce leaves, tomato slices on it. Place a two sausage slices over it. Pipe the mayonnaise and place a cheese slice over it. Cover the burger with the remaining egg halves. Secure each burger with a toothpick. Drizzle some olive oil on top.5.
