Eggless Almond Cookies | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Freshly baked eggless cookies with the goodness of almonds.

EGGLESS ALMOND COOKIES

Ingredients

½ cup almond flour
⅓ cup butter
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
1½ tablespoons milk
¾ cup whole wheat flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Almonds as required

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180̊ C.
2. Put butter in a bowl and whisk using an electric beater till light. Add powdered sugar gradually and whisk well.
3. Add green cardamom powder and almond flour and whisk well. Add milk and mix well.
4. Sift together wheat flour, baking powder and salt and fold well till well combined.
5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls and place on a baking tray.
6. Place one almonds in the center of each cookie. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
7. Serve.
