A simple and delicious cake recipe for the vegetarians out there!EGGLESS BISCUIT CAKEIngredients8-10 glucose biscuits12-15 chocolate biscuits7-8 tbsps castor sugar2 tsps chocolate powder1 tsp coco powder¾ cup milk7-8 walnuts, roughly chopped¼ cup chocolate chips1 tsp fruit saltMethod1. In a food processor jar, add glucose, chocolate biscuits and process to a fine powder. Transfer into a large bowl.2. In the same bowl, add castor sugar, chocolate powder, coco powder, and whisk well.3. Make a well in the centre and add milk little by little, continuously mixing.4. Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, and mix well. 5. Add fruit salt and mix till well combined. Transfer into a silicon loaf mould.6. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the oven and allow to come to room temperature.7. De-mould and cut into slices.
