EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE | No egg easy choco chip sponge cake recipe | Cookie Cake | Best Bites

I've honestly been waiting to make a chocolate chip cake for the longest time, and one of you recently requested for it so i thought why not make it with some twist. Finally I made it and of course- I had to share the recipe with you guys so do try !

Ingredients :-

3/4 yogurt / dahi/ curd
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
2+1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
2 +1/2 baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 + 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 & 1/2 cups whipping cream
8-10 medium chocochip cookies
some cookies for decoration

Chocolate Ganache Recipe :-
Take 60 grams dark chocolate + 60 grams whipping cream and microwave for 40 secs and mix well. (you can also use double boiler method)
