Butter [मक्खन] - 115 gm
Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 120 gm
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 120 gm
Custard Powder [कस्टर्ड पाउडर] - 50 gm
Dry Fruit Powder - 60 gm
Baking Powder [बेकिंग पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder [इलायची पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
Salt [नमक] - 1/2 tsp
Tutti Frutti [टूटी फ्रूटी] - 50 gm
Milk [दूध] - 50 ml

Steps for Eggless Karachi Bakery Biscuits Recipes are:

- Preheat OTG (10 mins) 150 C.
- Take a clean bowl. Add melted butter & sugar powder. Mix till light & fluffy.
- Add all-purpose flour, custard powder, dry fruit powder, baking powder, cardamom powder, salt & tutti frutti. Combine everything.
- Add milk, mix again & make a dough.
- Shape the dough into a stick, wrap it using a self-adhesive plastic sheet. Freeze overnight.
- After freezing overnight remove the wrap, cut dough into cookie shape pieces.
- Align cookies into a baking tray. Bake (12 mins) 150 C.
- Your Karachi biscuits are ready now.
