EGGLESS MANGO MOUSSEIngredients1 cup chopped white chocolate½ cup fresh cream¾ cup fresh mango pulp + for garnish 1 cup whipped creamMint sprigs for garnish Method1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, place a bowl over it, add 1 cup chopped white chocolate and melt. Mixing occasionally.2. Add fresh cream, mix well and set aside to cool down. Add fresh mango pulp whipped cream and mix well.3. Fill the prepared mango mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle. Pipe in a serving glass.4.
