Eggless cupcakes enriched with mawa EGGLESS MAWA CUP CAKESIngredients150 gms khoya/mawa160 gms refined flour (maida)½ tsp baking powder½ tsp baking soda120 gms butter200 gms sweet condensed milk1 tsp vanilla essence75 ml milkMethod1. Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Put butter in a large mixing bowl, add mawa and condensed milk and beat together with a hand blender.3. Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix together.4. Add vanilla essence and milk and mix again with the hand blender. 5. Pour the batter into silicon cupcake moulds kept on a tray till ¾ full. Tap the tray on the table to settle the batter.6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.7.
