Peach flavoured mousse with no eggs tastes just as deliciousEGGLESS PEACH MOUSSEIngredients6 canned peach2 canned peaches, roughly chopped1 tbsp butter1½ cups chopped dark chocolate¾ cup fresh cream1 cup whipped creamMethod1. Grind 6 canned peaches to a puree and put into a large mixing bowl.2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir on low heat till it melts till smooth.3. Add cream and mix well and transfer into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.4. Add whipped cream to peach puree and mix well. Put into stemmed glasses till ¾ full.5. Pour the cooled chocolate sauce over the peach mousse. Sprinkle a few chopped peaches over chocolate in each glass.6.
