Strawberry Mousse is a quick dessert that you can make when strawberries are in season and definitely worth a try. An added bonus, this recipe is eggless, hence vegetarian friendly. EGGLESS STRAWBERRY MOUSSEIngredients8-10 strawberries, chopped8-10 whole strawberries1 cup fresh cream1 cup chopped white chocolateMethod1. Put the whole strawberries in a mixer jar and grind to a puree.2. Pour fresh cream in a non-stick pan and heat on medium heat. Pour the hot cream into a bowl with white chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts and blends with cream.3. Add the strawberry puree and half the chopped strawberries and mix well. 4. Divide the remaining chopped strawberries into 4 stemmed glasses. Pour the cream-chocolate mixture over them and let them cool down to room temperature.5.
