Energy Laddoo | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A healthy and crunchy laddoo made using oats. peanut butter and powdered almond.

ENERGY LADDOO

Ingredients

1 cup oats
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup roasted almond powder
⅓ cup honey
Sesame seeds for coating

Method

1. Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till lightly browned.
2. Put peanut butter in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave oven for 40 seconds. Transfer into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well. Add remaining almond powder and mix well.
4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
5. Spread sesame seeds on a plate, coat the laddoos in them.
6. Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve immediately.
