材料 Ingredients:

300克已絞碎的鯪魚肉 300g minced fish meat
兩粒馬蹄 2 water chestnuts
半片陳皮 1/2 dried tangerine peel
6片娃娃菜 6 pieces of Chinese cabbage

調味料: Seasoning:

一隻蛋白 1 egg white
¼茶匙鹽 1/4 tsp salt
生粉水: Potato starch slurry:
1茶匙生粉加1½湯匙水 1 tsp potato starch mix with 1.5 TBS water
一茶匙生油 1 tsp oil
¼茶匙麻油 1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/6茶匙胡椒粉 1/6 tsp ground pepper
