食材份量 Ingredients

600克三文魚 600g Salmon
蛋白40克 40g egg white
5克泡打粉 5g baking powder
生粉水(20克生粉+30克水) Potato starch slurry (20g potato starch mix with 30ml water)
10克鹽 10g salt
五克魚露 5g fish sauce
0.1克白糊椒粉(可免) 0.1g ground pepper (optional)
