芋頭一斤(600g) Taro 600g
糯米粉70克 70g glutinous rice flour
鹽5克 5g salt
五香粉2克 2g Chinese five spice
白芝麻10克 10g sesame seeds
1/8茶匙梳打食粉 (可免) 1/8 tsp baking soda (optional)

適量油 Oil for frying!
