INGREDIENTS

Cooked Vermicelli - 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) - 2-3 tbsps cup
Rice Flour (Chawal Atta) - 1 tbsp
Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves - a few
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Chopped Cabbage, Carrot, Beetroot - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala - As per taste
Mustard Oil - For cooking

Palak pakora is a crispy Indian snack recipe which is usually prepared during winters and monsoon season. We have made healthy version of this famous pakora recipe by frying in airfryer using very little oil. Palak pakora recipe is delicious , simple to make and goes best with a cup of tea.

Rice Flour - 1 -2 tbsps
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Carmon seeds (Ajwain), Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsps
