It is very important they are made to perfection and this video shows you how to do just that.FALAFEL BALLSIngredients 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight5 -6 garlic cloves1 large onion, cut into quarters¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped¼ cup fresh parsley chopped2 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon cumin powder1 tablespoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon black pepper powder½ teaspoon baking sodaSalt to tasteMethod1. Take a food processor. Add chickpeas. Add garlic, onion, fresh coriander, parsley, olive oil, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, baking soda and salt. Blend to a coarse mixture.2. Transfer the mixture into a large bowl. Shape the falafel mixture into medium sized balls and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.3. Drain on absorbent paper.4.
