And they are only closed every Wednesday. Yay! Second-generation owner, Mingyi, has been helping out at his fathers stall since he was young. Together with his friends, they have opened a second outlet in Beauty World. Zheng Xins tau suan has a good consistency it is not too starchy nor diluted. The beans are nicely steamed beforehand and arent mushy or overdone. Every spoonful has a lavish amount of firm mung beans. They toast the you tiao in the stall.
