FARALI MISSAL

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into quarters
1 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1-2 green chillies, chopped
½ cup peanuts, boiled with salt
2 tablespoons coarsely crushed peanuts
½ teaspoon sugar
Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves,
Farali chivda for topping

Method

1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant.
2. Add potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled peanuts, crushed peanuts, sugar and rock salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
4. Top with farali chivda and serve hot.
